Pending Sales
5 homes in Dade County received a pending status in October. This was 7 units or 140% less than was pending sales the same month in the year prior.
Sold Listings
4 homes closed in Dade County in October. This was no change from September 2009 and a 100% decrease from October last year.
Average Sold Price
In October, single family homes that sold in Dade County sold at an average of $119,125 which was a 26.05% increase from last month and an increase of 58.57% when compared to the same month last year.
Days on Market
Of the homes which closed in October in Dade County, the average days on market were 120, a 37.5% increase from a year prior and 21.67% decrease from last month.
