Greater Chattanooga MLS Homes Sales for February 2012

All indicators showed positive gains for Feburary over last year's numbers. Total units sold were up quite a bit.

Median price is showing a gradual gain over last year.

And average days on the market showed a dramatic drop in time spent selling.
