Halloween In Chattanooga

It's only two weeks until Halloween and there's tons of festivals, events, and haunts that are sure to get you in a spooky spirit. To pack in as much All Hallows excitement in as possible between now and the big night, check out some of these great events:

Thrills, Gills & Chills at the Tennessee Aquarium is a Halloween classic, adding a little spooky flare to the Aquarium's already outstanding exhibits. As they explain on their website, "October is a great time to see costumed SCUBA divers and meet some of the world’s most feared, and sometimes misunderstood, creatures. Aquarium experts are ready to set the record straight about the “killer reputations” of these creepily cool critters and other “beasties” during special feedings and themed keeper talks."

Boo at the Zoo is a family-oriented event a the Chattanooga Zoo which takes place on October 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th, 5:30 – 8:30 pm, featuring costumed characters, trick or treat stations, costume contests, pony rides, games, inflatables, and much more!

The Haunted Canoe and Hay Ride at Greenway farms is sure to be a big hit. It takes place Friday, October 26, 2012 6:00 - 10:00 p.m., and with one night only you can be sure they have some great tricks and treats up their sleeve.

Chattanooga Ghost Tours  are always fun and spooky, but they are especially appropriate this time of year!

This year's annual showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show at JJ's Bohemia is on October 28th at 8PM!

Cleveland Tennessee has a 25 year long traditional of a municipal block party on Centenary Avenue for Halloween. It's some of the best Trick Or Treating in the Chattanooga area and is not to be missed!
