 • New Listings increased 4.1% to 254
 • Pending Sales decreased 16.2% to 114
 • Inventory decreased 8.8% to 4,703 

For the month of March:
 • Median Sales Price decreased 0.0% to $129,950
 • Days on Market decreased 5.2% to 127
 • Percent of Original List Price Received increased 1.0% to 91.8%
 • Months Supply of Inventory decreased 19.2% to 8.4
