New Listings
In September, 641 single family listings were added to the inventory of homes for sale in Hamilton County. This was a 6.86% decrease from August 2009 and an increase of 8.89% from September last year.
Pending Sales
243 single family detached homes in Hamilton County received a contract in September. This was a 2.88% increase than were written the same month in the year prior.
Sold Listings
338 homes closed in Hamilton County in September. This was a 2.7% decrease from August 2009 and a 5.0% decrease from September last year.
Average Sold Price
In September, single family homes that sold in Hamilton County sold at an average of $162,276 which was a 7.55% decrease than last month and a decrease of 11.87% when compared to the same month last year.
